Our Hiring Process

Five steps, around six weeks
#StepWhat happens
1Written applicationA letter explaining why this firm and not another. We read every one. CVs alone are not sufficient.
2First conversationA 60-minute video call with a partner. We discuss your background, your reasons for applying, and answer your questions.
3Take-home exerciseA small but representative engineering problem, designed to take a working day. We pay for your time at our standard consultancy rate.
4On-site dayA full day at the Stockholm office. Three technical conversations, lunch with the team, and a short presentation of your take-home work.
5DecisionA written offer or a written explanation of why we did not extend one, within five working days of the on-site visit.
