The Graduate Programme
We receive around 4,000 applications a year for our graduate programme. We make 8 to 12 offers. The programme runs for three years, after which graduates either remain as engineers of the firm or — rarely — are not invited to continue.
Applications open twice a year, in March and September. We do not work with external recruiters. We hire only directly.
